Services:
Standard Home Inspection/Pre-listing Inspections
We will come to the property you have placed an offer on or that you’re looking to sell and perform a full Home Inspection in accordance with the Washington State Standards of Practice. Once we have completed the Inspection, we will send you a full written report within 24 hours listing out all of the deficiencies and systems that we observed during the inspection.
Pre-offer Walk Through
Wanting to know the condition of a property BEFORE you spend all of that time making an offer? The pre-offer walk through is just for you! We will meet you at the prospective property and spend 1-2 hours walking the home and exterior with you, verbally sharing any deficiencies or oddities we may find and reviewing the major systems. This service does NOT include a written report afterwards.
Sewer Scoping
Wanting to know what’s going on below the surface in those old pipes of yours? Wanting to make sure your new house isn’t hiding anything down below? With our state of the art Sewer Scope Camera, we can come out and snake it down one of your plumbing clean outs to take a look at your main sewage line for any blockages, potential blockages or down the road concerns!
Note: Baker Peak is not a plumbing contractor and is not suited to make plumbing repairs or septic repairs. This is an observation service only.

Pre-Offer Walk Through
$250 – Please note, this service does not include a written report and can only be done if you have not yet placed an offer on the property in question.
Sewer Scoping
$100 add on if Home inspection/Pre-listing inspection is already being done.
$250 if no Home Inspection is being done.
