Baker Peak Home Inspections was founded by Lucas Assink on the belief that all homeowners and potential buyers should have Accurate, Quality and Understandable information about their home. After completing the State Inspection course, Lucas spent time working under Certified Master Inspectors who are also on the Board of Inspectors for Washington State. He is also a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) through the International Association of Home Inspectors which required completing their rigorous academic and field testing requirements along with a required 12 hours of continuing education every year.

“I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest with a love for the outdoors and for an understanding of how things work. Whether its the mechanical functions of a car or the systems of a home, I love to dig in and figure out what exactly is going on and find any issues that may be present. Being raised in a tight-knit family, I was taught the importance of hard work and Integrity, if a man doesn’t have his word, what does he have! Knowing how I would want my family treated when buying a home allows me to view my home inspections as less of a transactional service and more as a service for a friend or family member. Ensuring they have all the facts before sealing the deal!”
